  • I work relationally (with you to overcome your psychological distress/issues) with a Person-centred core. integrating aspects of Existentialism, CBT, Mindfulness and Psychodynamic Theory. 
  • Qualifications include MA Psychotherapy and PG Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. 
  • I work with young people, students. adults, couples and offer disabled access.
  • University Lecturer in Psychological Therapies, Counselling and Mental Health.
